Increase Week in Review 8/8-8/12

Want to catch up on the latest articles by the pro’s from the past week? Here’s what they had to say:

Monday we heard PAO’s Director of Baseball Ministry, Eddie Taubensee, answer our Five Increase Questions:

“When I fully live a life of faith for God, it takes the pressure off of me because I know that He is in control and knows what’s best for me. That’s what I want my lifestyle to reflect.”

Tuesday Cincinnati Bengals Chaplain LaMorris Crawford told us how he was Refined to Represent:

“Everybody loves orange juice, but no one talks about the process that oranges go through in order to make the delicious drink. The oranges need to be squeezed until they’re dry in order to produce the juice. In the same way, the squeezing that we experience in our lives produces character.”

Wednesday Former MLB pitcher Dave Dravecky shared how he received An Unexpected Gift at this year’s All-Star Game:

“I see this truth play out in my life every day. I know that God’s not finished using this story in my life and I can’t wait to experience the new surprises that are to come out of it.”

Thursday former Cardinals player Lance Berkman told us how he learned Leadership at Bat as well as Leadership with the Bible:

“The way we live, the way act, the way that we treat others is what people are going to see and hear and that should point them to Christ. I believe that leadership is about action; it’s less about telling people what to do and more about showing them what to do.”

Friday we heard from Cleveland Browns linebacker Demario Davis share how he is Building a Foundation with his new team:

“Being one of the leaders in the locker room, I try to bring certain level of energy and excitement each day. It’s important to be positive and have a good work ethic. I want to be an example of what our coaches are calling us to be and lead others to do the same.”
